Description

At only 1 net carb per tablespoon, chia seeds make the perfect morning breakfast treat when mixed with yummy flavors like the almond and cinnamon in this keto chia pudding recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 13 Oz. Size) Full-fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1-½ teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 pinch Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tablespoons Liquid Stevia

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a bowl with a lid and stir to combine. Let refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Serve cold.
