Yellowtail Kingfish or Tuna steak. The crust keeps the fish moist but adds a nice crunch.
A Gluten Free recipe.
Mix the oil and orange juice and drizzle on both side of the fish steaks, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix pistachio, rice crumbs, parsley and orange zest
dip the fish in the crumb mixture pressing lightly to make it adhere evenly.
Line a tray with baking paper…lightly spray with oil and add the crumbed fish, drizzle remaining oil and juice on top of it.
Cook in preheated oven for about 15 minutes (depends on the thickness of the pieces of fish) at 180 c
Hint
You can substitute breadcrumbs for the rice crumbs if gluten is not a problem.
You can substitute lemon juice and zest for the orange.
