Gluten free buttermilk biscuits, no xanthan gum required.
Combine all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. The dough will be rather wet and sticky. Drop the dough by 1/4 cup scoopfuls on a baking stone or lightly greased baking sheet. There should be 9 or 10 biscuits.
Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Enjoy warm.
