This reminds me of a Larabar. I just had my first one the other day and it was SO good, but they are SO expensive. I’m going to give this recipe a try, but I think I’ll use Walnuts instead of Macadamias.

Do you have the nutrition info for this?

I have seen several recipes with Cardamon in it; but have never used it. Is there a substitue for it; can I just leave it out? Can’t wait to try this. Looks really good.

Thanks, I will probably use almonds. I love dried cherries and spices, so I’m sure I’m going to love these bars!

I’d say untoasted cashews or almonds. I think these would work with almost any type of nut. Good luck! :)
