Description

I love to make this gluten free Gluten Free Rosemary Lemon Chicken recipe with grilled zucchini and other summer squash.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Pressed
  • ¼ cups Fresh Rosemary, Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and salt.

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and place in an 7 x 11 inch pyrex baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.

Heat grill and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked in the center. Serve.

So easy and flavorful. We are definitely making this again. Didn’t have fresh rosemary and substituted for dried. Thanks for sharing. I love so many of your recipes.
