Once you pop, you can’t stop!
Spray a mini muffin pan or cake pop maker with low fat cooking spray. Preheat oven to 180°C (355ºF) or 160°C (320ºF) fan-forced if using a mini muffin pan.
Mix together all ingredients, except pizza sauce, in a medium mixing bowl. Distribute mixture into a greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup to the top, approximately 1 tablespoon. Compact gently.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with the pizza sauce, dip and pop them in your mouth!
