Classic chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies made into gluten-free bars.
Add butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt to a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth, then stir in oats.
Press mixture into 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Let cool until set, and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
