No flour, no milk, just peanut butter. People who don’t like peanut butter cookies need to try this recipe. I’ve converted several friends with it.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets (or cover with parchment paper).
In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix in baking soda and vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheets. Press a criss-cross into the top using the back of a fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a rack to cool. Makes 3 dozen cookies.

I love these. I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and then add 1/2 of honey. This makes the cookies nice and gooey. I, also, cook them in a bar pan and make that keeps them moist longer, too.
I have to fight my family off of them.

Pretty incredible. And that’s from a definite non-peanut-butter lover. Will be printing this recipe!!

My family has a recipe like this, plus one cup of M&Ms. They were called Unbelievable M&M Cookies. Delicious.

In the last 6 days we’ve made these cookies 3 times! We’ve shared most of them & everyone loves them.
Today I added 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder and they are yummy too.
Once again, thank you!

Love this recipe! Thank you!
My newly diagnosed gluten & dairy intolerant 8 yr old loved these, despite not being a peanut butter fan.
But she had to fight me for them! We loved both the taste & the texture of them.
I think this will become a favorite cookie recipe.
