Description

This is a good all-purpose gluten-free flour blend that can be used as a substitute in any recipe that calls for all-purpose flour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1 cup Potato Starch

Preparation

Add flours/starches together in a large bowl and blend thoroughly. Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container. You can easily double or triple this recipe if need be.

As a note, please be sure to use potato starch and NOT potato flour.
