These turkey burgers are a family favorite at our house.
Spray a grill or pan with olive oil. If you are grilling, prepare grill for medium heat.
Beat honey, mustard, salt, and pepper with a whisk until well blended. Remove half of the honey glaze; set aside for brushing onto turkey while cooking.
Shape the ground turkey into 4 patties. Brush both sides of the patties with the honey mustard glaze. Cook for 5-6 minutes on both sides or until patties are no longer pink in the middle.
Remove the patties from the grill or pan, brush with reserved glaze. Set aside and keep warm. Brush pineapple slices with oil. Grill 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Top each burger with a pineapple slice and arugula or torn lettuce, if using.
