Try this sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan dip with your favorite fruit for a nutritious snack!
In a blender, blend almond milk with spinach, oats and coconut until smooth. Add peanut butter and blend. Add stevia and peanut flour, and mix until combined, or scoop out and stir in any remaining flour if mixture becomes too thick for your blender.
Place in freezer for 10 minutes for a chilled dip, or serve immediately with fresh fruit.
