Gluten-free granola with cranberries and bananas. Yum!
Preheat oven to 250ºF.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In another small bowl, combine oil, syrup, and honey, stirring until well combined, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add oats. Stir in wet and dry ingredients until combined. Stir in walnuts.
Pour onto baking sheet, spreading out with a fork. Make sure you spread it out as thin as possible. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. After it has cooked for 1 1/2 hours, take it out of the oven and add the dried cranberries and bananas. Stir them into the granola and spread it thin. Let it cool.
Put it in a resealable bag and shake it to break it apart. Enjoy!
