A great bite-size snack to boost the immune system.
Place nuts and dates in the food processor and blend until crumbly in texture. Add almond butter and salt and blend. Place mixture into the fridge to firm for 5 minutes.
Place cacao powder on a plate and remove the mixture from the fridge. Roll 1-tablespoon amounts into balls and roll around in the cacao powder.
Store in a glass jar and place in the fridge.
