A fresh and healthy crowd pleaser. This salsa is bursting with flavor and so easy to make! Black beans, corn, red pepper and cilantro make this recipe a superstar!
Add everything to a large bowl and stir. Add more spices if needed. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour or up to 1 day before serving.
Notes:
Delicious served with avocado.
Use leftovers on a salad for a quick and easy lunch.
