It’s hard to find a good Asian dressing that is gluten-free, so I make my own. This is so simple to make. Make a single serving, or multiply and make up a bottle of it to keep it on hand. If you don’t have sugar issues, use brown sugar in place of the Sukrin Gold. Suitable for gluten-free, Atkins, keto, lchf, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic.
Mix all ingredients well in a small bowl. Pour over salad.
Entire recipe is a generous single serving.
