Description

Here’s a healthy and gluten free Apricot Salad Dressing made with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and sweetened with stevia.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 whole Fresh Apricot, Pit Removed
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 7 drops Stevia
  • ¼ teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a Vita-Mix (or other high speed blender) and blend on highest setting until smooth. Serve over fresh garden greens. Enjoy!
