  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Tablespoons Dried Basil

Preheat your oven to 450ºF.

Cut up your 1/2 head of cauliflower, discarding the steam, and place the pieces in your food processor. Pulse until cauliflower is fully grated and feels fluffy and snow-like. I’ve heard of this! My question is…what’s the difference in fat content??? Sure it’s getting rid of “carbs”, but it introduces FAT in the mozzarella cheese.

Was very tasty and you could not tell it was cauliflower. My only change would be to add another egg and maybe some Parmesean cheese next time to keep it from being so crumbly.
