Description

A moist, dense, delicious brownie using only pantry ingredients. And only 3 net carbs! Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, Paleo, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free, nut free, coconut free, low potassium, low sodium, CKD/Renal Diet.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Best Foods Or Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Tablespoon ChocZero Chocolate Syrup
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon NOW Egg White Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Bobs Red Mill Flax Meal
  • 1 Tablespoon (Rounded) Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Golden
  • 2 Tablespoons Sunfood Organic Cacao Powder

Preparation

Add mayonnaise, water, chocolate syrup, and vanilla to a small mug or ramekin and mix well with a fork. Add the dry ingredients and mix again.

Microwave on high in 1100 watt microwave oven for 1 minute. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, then serve warm.
