The best White Chicken Chili ever.
Put all ingredients into a 5-quart saucepan or Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes (more if you use more chicken stock). Serve with grated Monterey Jack and pepper Jack cheeses, sour cream and tortilla chips.
