This white chicken chili has a creamy broth and just the right spice.
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, and garlic and cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. Add the chicken broth, beans, chilies, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the sour cream and cream. Mix through and serve.
