The best white bean chili ever.
Saute onion and garlic. Add chicken, green chiles, oregano, cumin, white pepper, and thyme. Pour in chicken broth cook for 15 minutes (or until done). Pull chicken out and shred.
Add beans and corn and shredded chicken. Cook for 5-10 more minutes and serve.
Serve with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream (optional), and jalapeno jack cheese, with corn bread on the side.
