My version of taco soup. I love how easy it is to make either on the stove top or in the slow cooker. Lots of flavor, perfect for a cool evening!
In a large pot, brown the ground beef seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. Once browned, drain off the grease. Add all cans of beans, corn, and tomatoes with their juices. Stir in the ranch and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to low. Cover and simmer at least 20 minutes.
Serve with cheese, sour cream, and corn chips.

This is so much like my Mom’s recipe! Yours is the first I’ve seen (other than Mom’s & I’ve looked at dozens) that has the Ranch Dressing in it. It makes all the difference! Yours is s a keeper! Thanks!
