We make this every Halloween to warm us up after trick-or-treating. This has a kick and can be made more mild by cutting down on spices!
Crumble the ground meat and sausage in large pot and cook until brown. Drain excess grease.
Pour in the chili beans, spicy chili beans and sauce, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Add the onion, celery, bell peppers, chili peppers, bacon, bouillon, and beer. Season with all the spices. Stir to blend.
Cover and cook over low heat at a simmer for 2 or more hours, stirring occasionally.
After 2 hours taste and adjust seasoning as needed. The longer the chili simmers, the better it will taste.
Garnish with Fritos, cheese and other toppings.

This is a great Chili receipe….made it this afternoon!!! A very simple and traditional receipe which has a bit of a kick to it.
It is just starting to get cool and I love to serve a good hearty cup of Chili at the end of the day.
The family is mulling around the kitchen waiting!!
