Everyone has their family favorite chili recipe, this one is ours. Just enough meat for hubby, beans and “juice” for the kids and chunks of veggies for Momma!
In a large pot over medium heat, saute the ground beef, bell peppers, onions, celery and garlic. Once meat is browned and veggies softened, drain off any grease. Add all of the other ingredients, turn heat to medium low and slow cook all day, or at least an hour. Remove lid if chili seems to be getting to much liquid and continue simmering.
Serve with your favorite cornbread.

I made this chili over the weekend for the start of the football season and it was HUGE hit with everyone!! I doubled the recipe and we still didn’t have any leftovers Thanks for a great recipe!
