Love the chili!!! thank you for sharing!!!
I got this recipe 20 years ago when I was going to tech school for culinary arts. I have tried many different chili recipes working in kitchens over the years. This one has never been beaten.
Pan fry beef, onion, and green pepper in a pot over medium-high heat until meat is brown. Drain out grease, and return meat and vegetables to the pot. Add remaining ingredients except for beans and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer until thickened (about one hour or so). Taste and adjust for seasonings. Stir in beans and heat through. It will be on the spicy side, which is why you serve this over rice with cheddar cheese on top.
