Our Dad’s Chili. One of the easiest and best chilis you’ll ever find. Thanks, Dad!
Add water to a large sauce pan and boil celery and onions for 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, brown burger meat with salt, pepper and seasoned salt. Cook until meat is brown, drain fat.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve with sour cream, diced onions and mozzarella cheese cubes.
Note: If you don’t want to use a crock pot, you can bring chili mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours.

I’m assuming that you drain the water that you boil the celery and onion in before adding to the crock pot?
