Easy to make in a crockpot! This Barbecue Pulled Chicken Chili hits the spot on a cold day and is the perfect balance of savory, sweet, spicy and smoky!
Saute the onion in oil on medium heat until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and jalapeno. Saute an additional 3 minutes then transfer to a crockpot. Add the remaining ingredients, including the chicken breast, to the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken from the crockpot, shred with a fork and put the chicken back in the crockpot. Mix it in, then serve!
