My best friend and I literally tossed this chili together and won “Craziest Chili” at our local Church Harvest Festival. It’s crazy good!
Cook the sausage and ground beef with a dash of chili powder.
Once meat is cooked, put all of it—ALL OF IT—in a crock pot. Just toss it all in there and mix it up. Put it on low heat for four hours and BAM! Done!
You can add salt and chili powder to taste. I’m not a big HOT HOT HOT girl, but the Rotel gives it a lil kick.
