Very tasty!! Can be a side, appetizer or main course depending on how big you make each patty. I love these as an easy vegetarian dinner. I measured the quinoa dry, then cooked. I found they took a little longer to cook on each side but I may have been a little shy with my burner heat. Mixed up sour cream with the leftover lemon juice for a wonderful sauce!

I loved these, as did my 15 year old daughter! I could have made a meal out of them instead of using them as a side. Maybe I will the next time hubby isn’t home for dinner because for some reason he didn’t love them….more of a meat & potatoes guy.

These were so good! They didn’t need sauce! We will definitely make these again. The entire family enjoyed them. Would also pair nicely with seafood.

I loved these! So tasty. I served the cakes with a avocado buttermilk dressing. Delish!

Very easy recipe. I am a new cook trying new and easy recipes and finding out exactly what I like that is also healthy. I think next time I would try a little less lemon juice or maybe mix lemon & lime. I think I would also try to add a can of tuna or possibly some chicken? It would be a great sub for rice and it tasted very good!

These were wonderful. I did make the following 2 changes. I measured the quinoa uncooked and then used the full amount once it was cooked (1 1/3c of cooked just didn’t seem like it would be enough). I added an extra egg to help bind them. Excellent recipe. Thank you.
