Sweet potato, side dish or dessert.
1. Wash each potato under running water to clean.
2. Dry completely.
3. Wrap in aluminum foil.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees (until tender enough to pierce with a fork).
5. Let cool and unwrap.
6. Slice open the warm potato.
7. Top each potato with 1/4 tablespoon of butter, lightly sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and roasted pecans.
Serve warm.
