I might even choose these over french fries; they are that good. Simple, easy, delicious! If you don’t eat it all right off the baking sheet, chop into pieces and toss with some pasta and cream sauce.
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Snap off the tough ends from the asparagus. Place in a single layer on the baking sheet. Dot with bits of butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12 minutes. Devour.
