A delicious spin on the classic sweet potato fries that won’t leave you in a food coma.
Preheat oven to 415ºF and put tin foil on a baking sheet (this is optional with the tin foil).
Take sweet potatoes, peel and chop into fry shapes. Place all sweet potatoes into a bowl and top with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Bake for 30–35 minutes (flip fries halfway into cooking time), then broil for 1–2 minutes. Let cool on the pan before placing in a container, or serve immediately.
