Description

Great side to go with ham, any kind of BBQ, chicken or fish. My hubby loves it as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 package (8 Oz) Cream Cheese
  • 1 bag 12 Oz. Frozen White Corn
  • 3 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped
  • 1 can (4 Oz.) Diced Green Chiles
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Salsa

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 9″ square pan with cooking spray.
2. Melt margarine or butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
3. Add remaining ingredients and combine completely.
4. Spread into prepared pan and bake uncovered for 35 minutes.

I made this and actually used a whole 16 ounce bag of frozen yellow corn because that is what I had – this was AWESOME. My family loved it – it is definitely a keeper – thanks for sharing!
