Description

Great side dish for egg rolls!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 whole Valencia Orange, Juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
  • ¼ cups Frozen Peas
  • ¼ cups Cooked White Button Mushrooms, Sliced
  • ½ whole Small Carrot, Peeled And Shaved, For Garnish
  • 1 stalk Scallion, Cut On The Bias, For Garnish

Preparation

In a saute pan on medium high heat, add sesame oil, orange juice, honey and cornstarch. Whisk well. Add cooked rice, peas, and sliced mushrooms. Saute 4 minutes, stirring.

Add carrots and scallions as garnish. Plate and serve.

Enjoy! We love this with egg rolls.
