A Korean rice dish mixed with kimchi and gochujang, served with a sunny side up egg.
Add cooking oil in the frying pan in a medium heat. Once oil is hot, add onions. Stir for few minutes, until it turns light brown. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add kimchi and stir until almost cooked. Add bean sprouts and mix well. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked rice and stir for up to 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients (except eggs) and mix well. Add a small pinch of salt, and then mix again.
Serve topped with fried eggs.
