Great grilled corn—perfect summer side!
Peel corn only down to the bottom of the cob. Do not completely remove.
Remove all corn silk and discard. Tie the shucks with kitchen twine (this makes a great handle for holding the corn while eating).
Soak the corn in water for at least 10 minutes.
Grill on medium/high (350-400ºF) for approximately 15 minutes, turning frequently. Remove corn from the grill and butter it on all sides. Sprinkle on seasoning and serve!
Mmm. Tastes like summer!
