Description

Perfect side dish for grilled chicken or steak.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can French Onion Soup
  • 1 Can Consomme (beef) Soup
  • 1 8 Oz Can Mushrooms (pieces & Stems), Drained
  • 1 Cup Long Grain Rice
  • 1/2 Stick Margarine

Preparation

Combine soups, mushrooms and rice in your favorite casserole dish. Slice margarine over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Easy to double for bigger crowds.

I’ve tried to use butter instead of margarine. Margarine works the best and gives the best flavor.
