This is a super easy, super healthy side dish that pairs well with any main course or entree! With just 5 simple ingredients, this is delicious as well as nutritious!
Saute garlic in olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat until lightly browned, about 8–10 minutes. Add chopped broccoli, lemon juice and wine.
Cover, lower heat to medium and let simmer until broccoli is of desired tenderness, about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally. This yields a tender-crisp broccoli. If you prefer the broccoli softer, let it steam for a few minutes longer.
This recipe serves 4 to 6 and can be doubled.
