I really love making this and using it as an addition or topping to any recipe. It’s great on pastas, pizzas, salads, soups, roasted veggies, seafoods, steak and more.
Peel apart and mince all the garlic cloves. Add oil to a small sauce pan and heat to meduim-high heat. Add garlic and let it softly simmer for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside or serve!
To store: Leave the garlic in the oil to keep longer and stay crispy. I like to keep it in a ramekin, covered with plastic wrap. It’ll keep for months!

Yum I can’t wait to make this. I love garlic in everything. Good to know that it will keep for a long while.
