Description
Creamy avocado dressing perfect for southwest-style salads!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest Plus 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Yogurt
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Using a fork, mash the avocado and stir together until the mixture is smooth and has a creamy consistency. Incorporate into your favorite southwest-style salad, tossing well to ensure all salad ingredients get coated. Use for two entre-sized salads.
