A wholesome baking mix to simplify your life. No icky preservatives required!
1. In the bowl of your food processor, pulse together the flours, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt.
2. Cut the cold butter into chunks and scatter it over the top. Attach lid of processor and pulse a few times. Continue to process until butter is cut into dry ingredients and you have a crumbly mixture.
3. Place in an airtight container with a lid and refrigerate. This mixture can be stored for 6 weeks, refrigerated. Freeze for longer storage.
4. Fluff with a fork before measuring and using in recipes.
Use in any recipe that calls for Bisquick!
