In honor of spring tonight, it’s gGluten-free burgers on the grill, and I don’t mean the frozen kind! These are Turkey Burgers grilled to perfection. It’s time to clean off that grill and get ready for spring and summer.
If you’re like us, you can’t wait to welcome in a new season!
Mix all the patty ingredients together and divide into 6 patties. Grill on one side. Flip over and baste the cooked side with the basting sauce (just mix together the barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce). Grill until done.
Patties can be made a few hours ahead and layered in between wax paper. Refrigerate until needed or make ahead and freeze.
Serve on toasted gluten free hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, sautéed mushrooms, pickles, Swiss cheese and onions. Doesn’t get any better than this!
