This is my version of an Armenian favorite: Losh Kebab. It’s loaded with flavor and deliciously moist! Even if you think you don’t like lamb, give this a try. Maybe you will!
Preheat grill or broiler.
Mix all ingredients together and form into small patties approximately 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
Grill or broil for approximately 5 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with fresh soft flatbread or pita, grilled onions, tomato slices, and tahini sauce.
For tahini sauce, mix prepared tahini with warm water and lemon juice until it reaches desired consistency. Mixture will thicken before it thins.
