Nice, slightly spicy, but not hot chili!
Brown hamburger and onion; drain and add to a crock pot. Add the next 4 ingredients, then add only enough water to thin it out. You can substitute water with tomato juice. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. This is slightly spicy from Rotel and chipotle powder, but can replace it with mild Rotel and leave out the powder if you wish!
