My husband’s favorite dressing on Thanksgiving.
In a medium saucepan, combine wild rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add rice, and cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
In a skillet, cook onion and celery in the butter.
In a large bowl, combine the rice and onion mixtures.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in a 2 quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 325 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
