Paleo tzimmes are traditional Jewish fare that taste great and are healthy to boot.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place carrots, prunes, apricots and orange juice in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Cover dish with tin foil.
Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes. Serve.
