These Tilapia Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa are really easy to prepare. A quick and delicious meal featuring great fresh ingredients (tilapia, mixed greens, cilantro, avocado, mango salsa and spices).
Sprinkle fish fillets with spices, coating each side. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side.
Assemble mango salsa (see my TastyKitchen recipe box or related blog link).
Warm the tortillas, if desired. Add fish, avocado slices, salsa and toppings to tortillas. Eat!
