This is a Thanksgiving meal that won’t hurt your budget but will make you stand out as a hostess with your professional-like Thanksgiving dish.
Preheat your oven to 450ºF.
Cut bacon pieces in half to make twice as many slices and set aside. Wash dates and remove pits.
Place ricotta cheese into the plastic bag. Make a very little cut in one of the corners of the bag.
Pipe ricotta cheese into dates and wrap them with the slices of bacon. Secure wraps with a toothpick.
Place wraps on a baking sheet with a little bit of space between each of them. Roast until bacon is crispy. Take it out of the oven, remove toothpicks and enjoy.
Best served immediately, while hot!
