The rich red, tangy, sweetness with a hint of citrus and cinnamon leaves the palate longing for more!
In a covered sauce pan, simmer cranberries and water until berries begin to pop open (approximately 10 minutes). Stir the berries to crush them up. Add apples; stir to coat apples with cranberries. Add cinnamon; cover and simmer until apples are tender but retain some of their shape (approximately 15-20 minutes). Add sugar to your taste. Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; gently stir in oranges, leaving a few aside to decorate the top. Pour into a serving dish, arrange oranges on top, and serve!
