This was originally supposed to stuff pork, but my husband hates bread stuffing in turkey, so this is the default stuffing.
Cook the rice.
Saute the onions in the butter until they are clear. Add the herbs and parsley to the rice.
Pour the butter and onions over the rice. Add the raisins. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the turkey, or place in a casserole and cook until warmed through. If you are not going to put it into a turkey, cook the rice in broth to give it extra flavor.
